Dr. Nina DiTommaso

Nina is a licensed professional counselor and a mental health service provider. She is a nationally certified counselor and a certified clinical mental health counselor. Nina was the Director of Family Therapy Services at Cornerstone of Recovery and provided individual, group, couples, and family counseling for individuals with substance abuse and other addiction issues. Nina is the Director of Operations over three counseling practices.

She is an approved supervisor for mental health counselors in the state of Tennessee and has her Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the Educational Psychology and Counseling department at the University of Tennessee.

For ten years she taught hip hop aerobics in Knoxville and trained personal clients as well. Nina currently helps her clients make lifestyle changes by formulating custom plans, recommending the correct supplements, and assisting in behavioral adherence.

She also helps other competitors get ready for bikini competitions, pageants, and bodybuilding shows. She participated in several bikini contests over the years and traveled to Mexico with Hawaiian Tropics. She started competing in figure competitions with the National Physique Committee (NPC) in 2001, and earned her International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) Pro card in 2006 when she took first place in her figure class at NPC Figure Nationals in New York. Nina made the switch from Pro Figure to Pro Bikini in 2017.
