Gluten Free No Sugar Added Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 cup of Organic Erythritol
1 large egg, room temperature
¼ cup molasses
2 ¼ cups of gluten free oat flour
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer, or use a bowl and hand mixer
Use a rolling pin and a pinch of flour to smooth and flatten out the dough
Use fun cookie cutters to make shapes
Place the cookies on parchment paper on the cookie sheet
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 10 -12 mins depending on your oven
